THE CASECESS CLUB PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS")
Program Effective Date: [April 5, 2025]
Last Updated: [January 1, 2026]
1. Overview
The CASECESS Membership Program (the “Program”) is a global loyalty program operated by CASECESS and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “CASECESS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern participation in the Program and form a binding agreement between you and CASECESS. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Program Terms, as well as CASECESS’s Privacy Policy and general Terms of Use, as amended from time to time.
In the event of any inconsistency, these Program Terms shall prevail.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
Membership is limited to individuals for personal, non-commercial use only. Businesses, entities, groups, or organizations are not eligible to participate.
Each individual may maintain only one membership account. Membership benefits, rewards, and privileges are personal and non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged.
3. Enrollment
Enrollment in the Program is free and optional. No purchase is required to join.
Eligible individuals may enroll through the CASECESS website, mobile applications, or other channels designated by CASECESS from time to time. Only one membership account may be associated with a single email address.
CASECESS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse, suspend, merge, or terminate any membership account.
4. Membership Tiers
The Program consists of multiple membership tiers, which are determined based on qualifying activity and/or purchases, as defined by CASECESS.
Members will enter the base tier upon enrollment unless otherwise specified. Tier structures, requirements, and benefits may vary by region and are subject to change.
5. Qualifying Purchases
A “Qualifying Purchase” means a completed purchase of eligible CASECESS products made for personal use and not subsequently canceled, returned, or refunded.
Qualifying Purchases exclude, without limitation:
-
Taxes, customs duties, shipping, handling, or packaging fees
-
Gift cards, store credits, vouchers, promotional discounts, or similar credits
-
Purchases made for resale or commercial purposes
-
Any items or transactions expressly excluded by CASECESS
CASECESS reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a purchase qualifies.
6. Tier Maintenance and Extension
To maintain or extend a membership tier, a member must complete at least one (1) Qualifying Purchase within the applicable membership period.
Gold Tier members who complete any Qualifying Purchase during their active membership period will retain and extend their Gold status for an additional twelve (12) months.
If no Qualifying Purchase is completed within the applicable period, CASECESS may downgrade or remove the member’s tier status and associated benefits.
7. Membership Benefits and Rewards
Membership benefits, rewards, and privileges vary by tier and may include discounts, exclusive access, gifts, or other benefits as determined by CASECESS.
All benefits:
-
Have no cash value
-
Are non-transferable
-
May not be redeemed for cash or credit
-
Are subject to availability and additional conditions
Tier Welcome Gifts are granted once upon initial tier upgrade only and will not be reissued upon renewal or extension.
CASECESS reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any benefit at any time.
8. Account Responsibility
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information. CASECESS is not responsible for lost benefits, rewards, or communications due to incorrect or outdated contact details.
9. Communications
By participating in the Program, members consent to receive Program-related communications, including transactional messages regarding membership status, benefits, and rewards, via email, SMS, or other communication methods.
Marketing communications are subject to separate consent and opt-out mechanisms in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Cancellation and Termination
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting CASECESS customer support. Upon cancellation, all unused or unredeemed benefits and rewards will be forfeited immediately.
CASECESS reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership accounts, benefits, or rewards at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Program Terms.
11. Changes to the Program
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CASECESS may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Program Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CASECESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
All Program benefits are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Program Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CASECESS is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Program Terms shall limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable local laws. Where required by law, disputes may be resolved in the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Program Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
