30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Shop with confidence.

If it’s not quite right, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Additional charges may apply for exchanges due to incorrect model or sizing selection.

1-Year Warranty

Built for everyday life. Backed with confidence.

While nothing is indestructible, Casecess products are designed to withstand real daily use and maintain their quality over time. Every product is backed by a 1-year warranty (365 days from the date of purchase) covering defects in materials or craftsmanship.

This warranty does not apply to orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale or clearance items, or damage caused by normal wear and tear, including yellowing, scratches, or dents.

Products approved under warranty will be replaced or exchanged with the same or an equivalent product of equal value, subject to availability.
